Aside from the taste, the best part about the kicked up mule is that it’s simple to make the components in advance, leaving more time to visit with your guests while watching the big game!

Description
A twist on the classic Moscow Mule made with creamy vanilla bean simple syrup, ginger beer and vanilla soda.
Ingredients
- For the Vanilla simple syrup:
- 3/4 cup raw sugar
- 2 vanilla beans
- 3 cups water
- For the MVP Vanilla Mule:
- 1.5 parts vanilla syrup
- 1.5 parts vodka
- 2 parts ginger beer
- A splash of lime
- Vanilla soda
Instructions
- For the Vanilla Simple Syrup:
- Pour sugar, vanilla bean and water into a pot.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes until syrup begins to reduce.
- Set aside to cool completely.
- For the MVP Vanilla Mule:
- In a copper mug with ice, combine 1.5 parts Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, 1.5 parts vanilla bean syrup, 2 parts ginger beer and a splash of lime. Lightly stir then top with vanilla soda.
- Repeat steps each mule that you make.
- Garnish the mules with fresh lime, and a sprig of mint.
- Serve Immediately!
