Original Design & Artistic Protection:

All unique pastry and culinary designs, macaron concepts, custom cookie cutter shapes, signature designs, and posh styling are the exclusive creative property of Posh Little Designs, LLC. These designs qualify as protectable pictorial, graphic and sculptural works under the US Copyright Law. 

The specific visual arrangements of ornamental features and trade dress of signature designs and collections are distinctive indicators of the Posh Little Designs™ brand. Any unauthorized commercial reproduction, cloning or the creation of derivative works that mimic these unique artistic expressions is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action for infringement.

Image sharing:

You may share one original photo from Posh Little Designs™ provided  that you include a prominent, clickable link back to the original post and do not remove any watermarks.

Recipe Protection:

Reproducing Posh Little Designs original recipes or instructions is strictly prohibited. If you are inspired by a recipe, please be sure to provide a direct link back to the original post.

Social Media Usage & Attribution Policy:

We love seeing Posh Little Designs creations within the social media communities! If you are inspired by our original recipes, bakes, macaron designs, cookies or cookie cutters, content or photography we ask that you respect the creative labor involved by following these attribution guidelines.

• Mandatory Tagging: If you recreate a design or technique first seen here, please include a clear clickable credit to @poshlittledesigns within the first two lines of your caption.
• No Scraping/Reposting: Reposting our original reels, tiktoks or photos on your own feed including inspo or feature accounts is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• Audio & Video Integrity: Use of our original audio or video clips for “voiceovers” or green screen reactions must maintain the original Posh Little Designs watermark and link directly back to the source.
• Derivative Works: Creating copycat content that mimics our signature styling, lighting and composition for commercial gain, including sponsored posts for other brands is considered a violation of our Trade Dress and intellectual property rights.
