Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I have a last-minute cocktail for you to add to the menu! It’s a play on the classic Paloma, but made with a cranberry juice, to highlight the seasonal flavors we enjoy so much this time of year. This fruity and festive version of the Paloma tastes like the holidays in a glass with tangy notes from the tart cranberries! If you have a thing with pink like I happen to, this posh cocktail will be the perfect addition to your holiday beverage lineup!
CRANBERRY PALOMA
A light a refreshing tequila cocktail made with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, club soda and a sugared cranberry garnish. Perfect for the holiday season.
The Paloma is similar to a margarita but classically mixed with fresh grapefruit soda. It’s a versatile mixed drink tasting good infused with almost any ingredient, including cranberry for the holiday season! Even better, it takes just moments to mix and pour, so it’ll be easy to serve to guests for holiday parties. The grapefruit and cranberry are both naturally tart, so the splash of simple syrup balances out the cocktail with tart and sweet and earthiness from the tequila. The sugared cranberry garnish adds a pretty and lightly sweetened finish.

There are so many components that make this cocktail one of my personal favorites holiday drinks, soon to be yours too! The coarse salt rim pairs so well with the tequila and grapefruit and of course cranberry!
I reccomend squeezing the fresh juices and making the simple syrup in advance for serving with ease at your next celebration!
