Since opening my shop in 2013, I’ve written a thank you card or note to every single one of my customers. While writing thank you’s is something I truly enjoy doing, I’ve learned how much it’s appreciated by the recipient as well.
I’ve always believed a simple thank you can be contagious, like a random act of kindness. It’s a feel good expression and token of gratitude that really goes a long way! In fact, I can think of many happy moments that I remember after receiving a thank you card myself.
So what’s your favorite way to say thank you? Do you prefer the handwritten notes and cards like me? And what’s your favorite way to shop for them?
If I had it my way I’d include a macaron with each thank you that I mailed out. Wouldn’t that be sweet!

These are beautiful, Brandi! I used to hand deliver thank you cards years ago after a job interview when I really wanted the job. A temp agency told me it was a nice touch. I also used to do it in sales, of course. I loved receiving them personally and I can’t believe I forgot all about them until your post! But I really love the watercolor looking designs and gold lettering. It’s nice you do this for your customers! XOXO
