Winter Style

Wintery white details such as roses and faux fur are keeping my house bright this holiday season, but I find that a pop of color helps add a little extra cheer to dreary and grey days. 

Same goes with my wardrobe. I tend to lean towards the darker hues this time of year, but lately I’ve been experimenting with color. I’m all for the idea of mixing feminine hues and details with casual every day pieces, which could include anything from a piece of jewelry to a favorite accessory, like this bralette from Adore Me, in a soft shade of purple. 

I especially love the racerback details, adjustable straps and versatility of the bralette, that make it comfortable enough for everyday wear, yet perfect for an evening out. Pair it with neutrals and throw it on beneath a printed sweater, open back blouse, or even dress up a cotton button down as I did below.

My look of the day: top knot, Adore me racerback bralette and cotton button down. Casual winter style with a pop of color and a touch of posh.
