Lavender Paloma Mini Popsicles
What do you do when you have leftover Lavender Paloma cocktails from the weekend?! Naturally, you turn them into mini popsicles that you can freeze and enjoy on National Tequila Day, which just happens to be tomorrow..July 24th.
Speaking of tequila, these mini Lavender Paloma pops pack quite the punch.

A mix of fresh grapefruit and lime juice, lavender simple syrup, lavender DRY soda and Milagro Tequila Silver that’s frozen and served straight up.

Infuse the pops with fresh lavender for a touch of posh, and be sure to serve them at your next party or event, or just to reward yourself after a really, really long week. If you can relate to the latter than you’re not alone friends.

So many Yasses to the grown version of a kid’s summer classic! What a creative use of leftover cocktails. If they taste just half as good as they look, well then, it’s a win-win. Cheers to straight up chic-ness
Yas yas!! Thanks as always! Definitely a win win and so delish. Cheers!
ADORABLE! Silly question, but you can eat the lavender buds?
Thanks Brandie! I imagine they are edible. I only froze one into the bottom of the Popsicles for more of a garnish :)
Such gorgeous photos!
Flattered! Thanks so much!
Gorgeous color! I recently went to a lavender field and always wanted to make something with lavender. I think these pops are the ones! Little cold treat and some booze! Happy weekend! :)
Thank you!! I actually went to a lavender field last weekend, so I’m on a bit of a lavender kick right now. Happy weekend as well! Hope you enjoy these!
