Today I’m sharing 2 new ways to infuse water with fruit. We all know how important water is for our bodies, but it’s so easy to grow tired of it. Especially when you drink it day in and day out. But with just a few simple additions, you won’t dread getting through those 8 glasses every day! This infused water is lightly flavored and so easy to customize, based on the fruits and herbs you love.
FRUIT INFUSED H20
Simple ways to enhance the flavor of water with unique fruit and herb infusions, with health benefits included.
In addition to infused/detox water be refreshing, it also has many health benefits. Depending on the fruits or veggies you choose to infuse, it can aid in weight loss, digestion and even toxin removal.
SOME OF THE FLAVORS WE’VE BEEN ENJOYING INFUSED WATER LATELY
My mom made a lemon and rosemary infusion that I loved and my most recent favorites are Mango + Lime + Cilantro, and Grapefruit + Rosemary. I usually drink a mason jar full after finishing up with pilates for the day.
If you’re not a fan of the herbs, feel free to just stick with just the fruits as they have a tendency to overpower.
MANGO LIME & CILANTRO INFUSED WATER
The citrus notes paired with the mango’s sweetness and the freshness from the cilantro make such a delightful trio.
Grapefruit, Rosemary Infused H2o
This earthy citrus duo is surprisingly refreshing and addictive.

Forget the water, the photography was mouth watering! lol! I’d love to try the cilantro combo, especially b/c cilantro helps aid the release of metals in the body. Also, just a few days ago, I put this nifty water bottle on my “wish list” on Amazon. I thought it was a cool way to carry your infused water around on the go: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GH6ZR0Y/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pd_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=O0DCGQBLDC5W&coliid=IV543QJT4JAME&psc=1
🙂 Thanks Brandie!! Great to learn that about the cilantro. Let me know what you think if you give it a try! I need one of those water bottles now too! Much more light weight than the heavy mason jar I’ve been carrying around lately lol! Happy weekend!
Have a great weekend as well!

Brandi Reid I now have to try the Mango, Lime and cilantro three of most favorite flavors! I’ve tried Cucumbers and Lemon, Lemon and Rosemary which right now I’m obsessing over. But I drink so much water now and even my skin is plumper. 🙂 So goo.! And Brandie Sellers is absolutely correct in saying your Photography is Stunning! I need you one day to photograph our photo-shoot at the academy. Serious, on top of your obvious talents as a crafter and blogger you area beautiful eye for photography. Thanks for sharing your totally posh recipes for infused water Or as Amaia would say “refused water”
Yes! And I have you to thank for introducing it to me! I knew you’d like the idea of mango, lime and cilantro, just make sure your mango is ripe enough so the flavor really comes through! Not sure I’m photo-shoot material as I still have so much to learn about photography, but I’m so flattered by your sweet words. Thanks again and enjoy your refused water! 😀
