Peppermint White Chocolate Kisses
Easy and delightful white chocolate kisses infused with peppermint oil and shades of ombre green for upcoming St. Patrick’s Day.
How they taste
White chocolate naturally pairs deliciously with peppermint so the combination is meant to be with sweet, creamy and minty flavor throughout!
Optional shades of green can be added to the chocolate for a festive twist!
A touch of ombre
To add an ombre dimension, I used a green color scheme which is a trend that I absolutely love right now. The shaded effect offers a unique element, which as you can see, looks beautiful when displayed, packaged and enjoyed!
And the best part of all (other than eating them of course) is that they only require 3 ingredients to make! So simple.

Instructions

For ombre shades:
- Leave the first bowl of divided chocolate white.
- Add 1/2 a drop of green food coloring to the second bowl and stir.
- Add 2 drops of food coloring to the third bowl and stir.
- Add 4 drops of food coloring to the fourth bowl and stir.
- Add 8 drops of food coloring to the *5th bowl and stir
- Stir until all coloring is completely incorporated into the white chocolate.
- *You may notice the chocolate beginning to seize up a bit on the 5th bowl, but you can add a tsp of butter to the chocolate to smooth it out.
- Let your chocolate cool for about 10 minutes so it is the proper consistency for piping.
- Once cooled and thickened a bit, spoon each bowl of shaded chocolate into the corner of a ziplock or a piping bag.
- Snip the corner of the bag with scissors and begin piping the chocolate onto parchment paper squeezing even dollops onto the parchment. Repeat for all 5 colors.
- Place in fridge immediately to harden for at least 30 minute.
- These are best served chilled.
- Enjoy!
In addition to enjoying these peppermint kisses for St. Patrick’s Day, they would make fun gifts to offer friends and family.
