Description
This spiced pear martini is mixed with pear juice, thatcher’s organic vodka, elderflower liqueur and cinnamon and clove simple syrup! Shaken over ice and served in martini glasses with a fresh pear garnish.

SPICED SIMPLE SYRUP:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup raw organic sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 whole cloves
- 2–3 star anise
SPICED PEAR MARTINI
- Ice
- 3 ounces Thatcher’s Organic Vodka
- 3 ounces Organic Pear Juice
- 1 1/2 ounces Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces Spiced simple syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces Fresh squeeze lemon juice
- Sliced pears and star anise for garnish
Instructions
SPICED SIMPLE SYRUP:
- Pour the sugar and water into a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Pour in cinnamon, cloves and star anise
- Boil on medium high for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
SPICED PEAR MARTINI:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in Thatcher’s organic vodka, Elderflower liqueur, pear juice, spiced simple syrup and lemon juice.
- Shake well.
- Pour mixture evenly between 3 martini glasses.
- Garnish with sliced pear and star anise.
- Dust with edible glitter (optional)
