A twist on the traditional Kir Royal, mixed with tart cranberry juice.
- 2 parts Creme de Cassis
- 2 parts Cranberry Juice
- Dry Sparkling wine or Champagne
- Fresh cranberries for garnish
- Pour 1 part creme de cassis and 1 part cranberry juice into each of the two champagne flutes.
- Fill the flutes with dry sparkling wine or champagne.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries.
- Serve immediately!
