Yes Way Rosé Easter Eggs – DIY

I think by now, almost all of us are familiar with the terms, “yes way rosé” and “rosé all day.” Being that I love to entertain, they have both become very much used quotes and hashtags for sharing my rosé beverage posts over on instagram and…they just so happen to describe our beverage plans for Easter Sunday! We love rosé in my house! It’s a spring time must, with a crisp fruity freshness perfect for any gathering. And since I have this thing with pink I especially love its pretty blush hue. Ok I think you get the idea! Now let’s give our easter eggs a quick and easy rosé makeover.

#yesway!

All you’ll need is a little pink paint, a fine tip paint brush and a steady hand to paint fun little quotes on your eggs. If you’re feeling extra fancy you can paint wine stains and rosé wine bottles/glasses as well, but that’s totally optional.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make sure your eggs are completely dry with no condensation.

2. Dip your fine tip paint brush into your pink paint, and towards the top center of your egg, simply paint the words “Yes” with “Way” & “Rosé” right beneath.

3. Set aside to dry.

4. Follow these same steps to paint the words “Rosé All Day” on your boiled eggs.

5. To paint wine stains on your eggs, dip your paint brush in water and then the pink paint. – Paint a half circle onto your egg with a brush stroke. You’ll want this egg to have more of a water-color effect, to resemble to the look of a wine stain. Paint the rest of the stain in a circular motion in a few more brush strokes with your watered down paint brush. Add a few dotted details to the center of the wine stain.

Set aside to dry.

Once they’re dry,  dress up your rosé beverage station with these cuties! I used pretty egg cups from pier 1 to hold mine.

  1. So clever Brandi to be able to personalize each egg according to family or friends, or whatever. Not just clever but super chic & lI love, love the dish the egg is cradled in too.
