Chocolate dipped Fruit ~ red, white & blue

If you’re hosting a 4th of July celebration, here’s another festive and super easy red white and blue inspired treat that your guests will love!

White Chocolate Dipped Fruit

Supplies/Ingredients~

Fresh Bing Cherries and Blueberries

Bakers White Chocolate (or any other quality white chocolate of your choice)

Parchment Paper

Directions~

Line a cookie sheet in parchment paper and set aside.

Wash fruit and pat dry using a paper towel.

Melt white chocolate in 30 second intervals in microwave, or over a double boiler.

Dip berries in chocolate and place on lined cookie sheet.

Place in fridge to harden, at least 1 hour.

Leave chilled until ready to serve.

These literally lasted only seconds in my house. I hope you enjoy!
