Chocolate and pretzels equal a heavenly combination of sweet and salty. I am a sucker for both so I combined the two not only for a bit of pregnancy craving relief, but also with St. Patty’s Day day in mind. These chocolate dipped pretzels are in the ‘mini’ version if you will. I made them in minis because I adore anything pint sized, perhaps because they give the illusion of less guilt? Regardless of the reason, they are a perfect treat or favor for your next St. Patrick’s Day Fete, or any occasion for that matter.
To make them all posh and festive, I used a few drops of green liquid food coloring and then decorated them with my sprinkle mix. So simple to make, and adorable too. If you have little ones they will just love to help you make and eat them as well.

St. Patty’s Pretzel Rods
1 Bag Rold Gold Pretzel Rods.
1 box Baker’s Premium White Chocolate Squares.
Green Food Coloring.
Line Cookie Sheet in parchment paper and set aside.
Heat white chocolate in double boiler or in microwave for 30 second intervals until melted.
Divide melted chocolate into two bowls, adding the food coloring to one of them until the desired color is achieved (I used two drops in mine.)
Dip pretzels in both green and white chocolate, then decorate.
Place decorated pretzels onto parchment paper and allow to harden in the fridge for at least an hour.
